Stuart Sheehan
President and Director of WHBI
Dr. Sheehan has traveled extensively as a speaker, teacher, preacher, singer and worship leader. His travel has taken him to Asia, Africa, Europe, Central America, South America, Canada, Mexico, and throughout the US. He has been involved in international mission work for more than 35 years. He has a love for teaching, and for more than 10 years he has served as an adjunct professor, teaching at Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Dwight Davis
Vice President
Dwight has ministered and continues to minister through missions around the world including Honduras, Guatemala, Japan, Kenya, India, South Africa, South Korea, and the Ukraine. Dwight earned his Bachelor of Business from Howard Payne University and received an Honorary Doctorate of Humanities from the California State Christian University in honor of 25 years of continued mission work.
Dwight is married to Linda Davis and they have two adult children.
Alvin Francies
Secretary and Chairman of the Board
Alvin G. Francies, Jr. is a native of Washington D.C. Having the benefits of being in a Christian home with committed Christian parents and a younger sister, he spent many days and nights at the church. Alvin came to Christ at a very early age and at the age of ten made his public confession.In his senior year of high school, he acknowledged his call into full time ministry and was licensed. After graduating from high school, he attended Liberty University for three years and left to spend a year in Israel, which impacted his life in a tremendous way. Returning from Israel, Alvin finished his Bachelors degree from Washington Bible College in Lanham, Maryland. In 2002 he completed his Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
In 2000 he, along with a group of friends, planted Berean Faith Community Baptist Church where he serves as the senior pastor. He is now living in Fresno, Texas, with his wife and their two children, Arielle and Alvin, III. Along with his pastoral duties he is very involved in Global missions, traveling around the world preaching the gospel and strengthening pastors and churches. He also is a guest host on KHCB’s Bible Questions & Answers. He recognizes that God’s grace is the number one element that has sustained his life and ministry.

Harold Davis
President Emeritus and International Ambassador
George “Harold” Davis, Sr. is presently serving as President Emeritus of World Hope Ministries. Harold was raised in Austin, Texas, by dedicated hard working parents who emphasized Christian beliefs and ideals throughout his formative years. After graduating from high school, he continued his education at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, majoring in vocal training.
